The story of one of the icons of Punk Director Mat Whitcross (‘Road To Guantanamo’) captures the spirit of punk in his bio-pic of Ian Dury. Though stricken with polio at a young age, he defied expectations by becoming one of the founders of the punk-rock scene in 1970s Britain. Andy Serkis (‘King Kong’, ’The Prestige’), pulls no punches in portraying Dury as a complex and contradictory character.
